I subscribe to security blogs, newsletters and feeds and review the latest (and scariest) news every day. To save me hunting around the web and clicking thither and yon I like to use RSS or Atom feeds to bring the news into my newsreader. Below are some of the feeds that I monitor that I have found helpful and informative.
Some of these feeds are manufacturers feeds which are great for letting me know about firmware updates, but not so great when it comes to objective news (“Hey, how great is Cisco? Let Cisco tell you!”). Other feeds are security folks to whom I have taken a shine. Some dig down into the nitty-gritty details of exploits, others take a step back and give me a high level overview of the security landscape. There is width and depth in these folks.
